Over the 40 days of Lent, we are running a Food Bank Appeal for The Light Project, Peterborough - where the homeless are fed, given advice, offered healthcare, and given support. If you would like to contribute, please bring non-perishable items, eg tinned, dried and packet food, shower gel, shampoo, etc to the church on any of the six Sundays in Lent. Leave inside the church or in the porch on 22nd February, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th March (Palm Sunday). We are suggesting Sundays as the drop-off days for donations as we can ensure they are all stored away safely, before being taken to The Light Project Food Store in time for Easter Day, 5th April.
